I'm very satisfied with how Bella Vista Apartments handles their maintenance specially having knowlageble professional staff in charge of it. Joel Arroyo have done, not only a one time fix, but many ones in such a professional manner along with good social skills. Been here over 4 years, I have not have much interaction with the office but any time I have they have all been wonderful. The apartment is spacious and great. The complex itself is super. What is beyond all that is our maintenance guys. They are all awesome, but Brian is absolutely wonderful!!! He comes through always with a smile, knowledge and his excellent personality! He recently fixed our tub and it looks pristine like they just put a new one in! Cannot say enough good things about Brian!!!
